Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the service, we're here to help.

Free Trial with Card
In this scenario, your card will charged immediately after the trial is completed. If you do not want to charge your card, please cancel the subscription with immediate effect.

Refunds
We offer a 100% refund (minus bank charges) within 30 days of plan activation for half-yearly, yearly, and lifetime subscriptions. After 30 days, a 50% refund (minus bank charges) will be processed, provided the utilization does not exceed 50% of the recurring subscription. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 4 to 5 working days. Please note that refunds are not available for monthly and quarterly subscriptions.
Note: All the payments are done via AutoPay based on the Billing Tenure.
Meet Hour makes best possible efforts to provide quality service at all time. Before requesting for refund we request you to please contact our support center.

Cancellations
Once we receive your email on  hello@meethour.io   or request on our Live Chat  (https://bit.ly/35fVHZO)   or our customer care (+13128009410) for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will initiate. Refund amount is calculated by deducting Bank charges and 50% refund will be done.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refunds will be issue to the same payment method which were used at the time of purchase.

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information.
